I’m a qualified psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. My approach integrates both mind and body, helping you understand your emotions as well as physical responses that accompany them. I offer a calm space where you can explore what’s troubling you without judgement. Together we’ll work to reduce stress, build resilience, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to navigate situations alone- support is here and I’m here to help.

Beginning therapy can offer a powerful sense of relief and direction, especially when life feels overwhelming. It provides a dedicated time and space to slow down, reflect, and understand whats going on beneath the surface. Through this process, you can gain clarity, develop coping strategies and strengthen your emotional resilience. Therapy also helps you recognise unhelpful patterns, improve relationships, and reconnect with what matters most.

Importantly, it gives you the opportunity to move forward with greater confidence, balance, and self- awareness. Talking to someone, sometimes for the first time, can be a relief as it brings validation. We all need to be understood and valued.

How I deliver counselling

I meet my clients in a small comfortable office in Kensington where you are warmly welcomed. My sessions last 50 minutes after which we can book a follow up session usually at the same time weekly.

I also offer online counselling by zoom for international clients or those who find it difficult to come to London.
