Being understood and respected can shift how we feel about ourselves.

I work on a one-to-one basis helping people explore experiences and concerns without feeling judged. Feeling stuck in a situation can be hard so I work alongside you as we navigate any inner negative narrative and strive to find acceptance with a better balance of body and mind.

 

How I work

 

I aim to build a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable to discuss your feelings and experiences and see how change is possible. I work alongside you through difficult times and help you re-discover your own strengths. This can be done in short or long term sessions as I listen with patience and understanding in complete confidentiality and help to build up your confidence.

I work in a small officr in Kensington and also online if that makes sessions easier.

  • Co dependence.

  • Generalised Anxiety

All these difficulties seem more manageable if they are brought to the surface: no problem is too small to address.
